(the “Company”), DP World Logistics US Holdings, Inc. (“Parent”), and Unique Merger Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation and as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
