(the “Company”) you have been required to file beneficial ownership reports under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act which requirement commenced upon the effectiveness of the Company’s Form 10 SB Registration Statement, 60 days from its filing of March 1, 2004, to wit; May 1, 2004.
